Cuban Roast

Cuban-style Roast

<<< Note: because I don't remember the measurements off the top of my head, I'll make it easy for you guys... >>>

1 - pork or beef roast
1 bottle - Mojo
dash - red wine
minced garlic (optional)
olives (optional)
dash - worchester sauce (optional)
dash - soy sauce (optional)

Preparation:
Cut "plus sign" slits into the meat and shove in olives.
Place meat in a large bag, pour in Mojo, mix around and make sure the meat is covered.
Add the minced garlic and some wine (you can also add worchester and/or soy sauce, if wanted, but sparingly, as this will make it quite salty).
Place in refridgerator over night (12 hr at least).

Cooking (option1):
Preheat oven to 325-350*F.
Empty contents of bag into an oven dish/pan; cover with foil.
Place meat in oven and cook 2-3 hrs (last 30min to an hour, uncover the roast so it will darken)

Cooking (option2):
Empty contents of bag into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 12hrs+ (you can cook it on high, but heed my warning: it'll be done quicker but the meat will not be as tender and flavorful IMO).
